Terabytes of Electronic Documents Processed and Produced by Progressive Imaging & Consulting

Progressive Imaging was contacted by a local attorney about a very large collection of electronic data (terabytes) that they had independently collected, but didn’t have the hardware or software to process.

These electronic documents were a bit more specialized than usual, many Mac and Linux based files.

We were called in to evaluate, dedupe, and cull the documents down to a specific date range. We were also asked to get the electronic documents into a searchable format for review in multiple litigation support software formats for various law firms.

The resultant data set we processed ended up being hundreds of thousands of searchable documents, with milions of pages in play. We also assisted the review teams, working side by side with paralegals, the business owner, and experts with creating production sets, as well as hosting data on our state of the art document repository.

This is a great example of our team working with our clients to produce a narrowly focussed dataset, presented in a highly functional review environment. Each of our clients can expect the same type of treatment, no matter how large or small their case is.
