Progressive Imaging and Consulting

Progressive Imaging & Consulting brought the concept of using computer-based images as evidence to Wisconsin in 1994. Since then, hundreds of thousands of our scanned computer images have been used as trial exhibits. Millions more were produced for cases that never went to trial.

Most notable to date, Progressive Imaging was the sole technology provider for the trial of Wischer v. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc., (commonly known as the Miller Park Crane Collapse case), which resulted in a $100 million initial jury verdict.

Well over 90% of business documentation is now created electronically, most of which is never printed to paper. Because of this, we added electronic discovery as a core service about seven years ago. It's been a booming growth area for Progressive Imaging ever since.

DATAMINE FORENSICS

Recent Federal Rule changes dealing with the procurement and admissibility of evidence prompted our launch of DATAMINE FORENSICS.

DATAMINE FORENSICS acquires computer-based data, provides secure storage and comprehensive data analysis. But that's really only the beginning. Whether it's for a current legal issue or due to a data retention policy, what really matters is that you receive organized, accessible, usable data, while maintaining forensic admissibility throughout the process.

Progressive Imaging and Consulting, a company with 13 years experience producing admissible computer-based evidence, takes the final product from DATAMINE FORENSICS and processes it for you in whatever format you need.

The end result is that you, the customer deal with only one vendor for the entire process of storing, retrieving, reformatting, or presenting computer-based or paper-based data.
