Bill and Shelly Gramann brought computer image based litigation support to the midwest in 1994. In less than a year, we had supported the Madison area's first paperless trial. Since then, hundreds of thousands of our scanned computer images have been used as trial exhibits while millions more were produced for cases that never went to trial. Our business was born in the document scanning industry, unlike most of our competitors, who adopted scanning as an add-on to their copy business.
As more and more computer information never made it to paper, we were players in the development of the first Ediscovery software packages in the late 1990s. In order to reach this booming market, in 2000, we began offering electronic discovery as a core service.
